The incident occurred on Friday the 13th. Gilson was eating the snack when its interior suddenly exploded in his face. The footage shows steam coming out of the snack.
The bar owner, Christian Souza, stated that he had “never seen anything like it in his life” and that he couldn’t sleep the night following the incident. He offered assistance to the customer by lending him a cold compress for his face.
