Suspect in New Orleans store break-in wore a werewolf mask and acted in the middle of the night under the moonlight

The police in New Orleans are searching for a man accused of theft who wore a werewolf mask while breaking into a local store during the night, under the moonlight.

Keddrick Demon Jones Jr., 19 years old, was caught on security cameras as he climbed a fence at the back of a store located on Chef Menteur Highway. According to the police, he forced his way in through the back door around 1:15 AM on Tuesday.

Without the mask while climbing the fence, Jones Jr. put on the animal-like hood after entering the store and began to act aggressively.

“Inside the store, he used a crowbar to force open the cash registers and took an amount of money,” the police reported in a social media post.

In addition to the money, he also stole products from the store, which he put in black plastic bags before fleeing toward Stemway Drive, where he disappeared. At 6’5″ tall, the suspect could face charges of theft, property damage, and breaking and entering if captured.

The police’s humorous post on social media has already garnered over 100 comments, many joking about the situation.

“Look for a confused guy wearing a ripped t-shirt,” joked one Facebook user. Another commented, “I would report him, but you’d have to be crazy to turn him in.”
