After rule changes, ChatGPT will allow the creation of adult content

After OpenAI announced some changes to its content guidelines, it seems that ChatGPT is now allowed to produce adult content.

The Model Spec document, which outlines the AI’s stance on various topics, seems to have loosened some of the rules regarding adult content production.

With the new rules, ChatGPT would be able to generate spicy stories and violent content in the context of scientific research, history, journalism, and creative contexts.

However, despite the relaxation of rules, not everything is allowed. According to a report by the website TecMundo, which conducted some tests on the chatbot, ChatGPT still refused to produce spicy or violent content, adopting a more conservative stance.

Nonetheless, in educational and scientific contexts, ChatGPT provided some details on how relationships between two people work, while emphasizing aspects such as consent, protection, and mutual respect.

It is still unclear when OpenAI will allow uncensored adult content, but the development team is said to be “exploring how to allow developers and users to generate [adult] content in age-appropriate contexts.”
