During a court hearing held last Sunday (22), Elon Musk’s lawyers claimed that the entrepreneur “doesn’t use a computer.”

Musk’s defense presented this argument amid the billionaire’s dispute with OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, and its CEO Sam Altman.
It all began when Musk’s artificial intelligence company xAI filed a lawsuit against OpenAI last year. The lawsuit alleges a breach of contract after the company abandoned an agreement to develop AI beneficial to humanity.
Despite the attorneys’ claim that he “doesn’t use a computer,” Musk has made several social media posts over the years discussing his personal computers.
In fact, in February last year, he posted on his X profile (formerly Twitter) that he had bought a new laptop but was having trouble setting it up.
According to X sources cited by the website Wired, Musk works using his smartphone but has “occasionally been seen using a laptop.”
Additionally, Kate Conger of The New York Times captured a shot of his DOGE office at the White House revealing that Musk had a full gaming PC at the location.
