A family having a lovely photo session in Washington D.C. had their pictures unexpectedly photobombed by none other than Barack Obama.
Portia Moore was watching her two children, Preston and Belle, on Monday morning (31st) while photographer Briana Inell took photos of them under a cherry blossom tree in Washington D.C.
However, in some of the shots, former President Obama appeared walking behind the children, wearing black pants, a white shirt, a baseball cap, and sunglasses.
“Of course, I was focusing on my son, making sure he didn’t run into the water. He’s 20 months old,” Moore told NBC Washington.
But her husband, Damien, quickly spotted the famous figure in the background. “My husband was like, ‘That’s Obama.’ I didn’t realize what he was saying. I was like, ‘Yeah, whatever, I’m watching Preston right now,'” she joked.
Moore then posted the photo on Instagram, showing her children and the former U.S. president right behind them. “Look who walked into our family photo session under the cherry blossoms,” she wrote.
In his Instagram stories, Obama shared the photo and took the opportunity to send a message to the family. “Preston and Belle, I hope you enjoyed the peak bloom! Sorry for stepping into your picture,” he wrote.
