The CEO disclosed the number by reposting a post from X’s owner, Elon Musk. The billionaire announced that creators can choose to receive private messages only from users who subscribe to the Premium version of the social network.
X, formerly Twitter, began paying content creators in July of this year. To qualify for payment, users must have more than 500 followers, achieve over 5 million impressions in the last three months, and be subscribed to X Premium (equivalent to the old Twitter Blue).
