The smart robot, originally introduced at CES 2020, has been upgraded with more advanced AI and features to ensure greater efficiency.
Ballie serves as a personal assistant, capable of ‘learning’ user lifestyle patterns and providing a fully personalized experience and support in daily routines, such as performing household tasks and managing appliances.
According to Samsung, the small robot also comes equipped with a projector and can create a suitable environment for different activities at home, such as exercising or relaxing, by projecting videos on the wall and playing music. Additionally, Ballie can send video updates of pets or loved ones to users’ devices when they are away from home, offering a personalized experience.
The new Ballie was unveiled at the Samsung conference during CES 2024 (Consumer Electronics Show), one of the world’s largest and most influential electronics fairs, held in Las Vegas, United States. The event is a platform for the presentation of new technologies and innovations.
