During its exploration, the Pragyan rover encountered a 4-meter diameter crater, located about 3 meters ahead of its position. Faced with this landscape, the mission control team commanded the rover to retrace its path safely.

With the Chandrayaan-3 mission, India joins the ranks of countries that have successfully sent spacecraft to the Moon, including the United States, Russia, and China.
