Elon Musk, owner of X, formerly known as Twitter, used his official account to state that the platform will resume showing the titles of shared links on the social network.

The billionaire also revealed that the return of headlines will come with a change, being displayed at the top of the image, unlike before when the title was at the bottom.

“In an upcoming release, X will overlay the title in the upper portion of the image of a URL card.”

In early October, Musk announced links without headlines to, according to the billionaire, ‘optimize time spent on X’ and ‘improve the platform’s aesthetics.’
