A commercial airline pilot shared a photo of what he claims is a ‘300-meter-wide’ UFO in the southeastern USA.
Luis “Lue” Elizondo, a former Department of Defense employee, organized a panel for the UAP Disclosure Fund, during which he revealed a supposed photo of a silver flying saucer, measuring “300 meters” in width.
“Captured near Four Corners at FL20 — estimated between 180 and 300 meters in diameter, silver, disc-shaped,” posted the UAP Disclosure Fund on X (formerly Twitter).
“Several speakers confirmed that [the Department of Defense] and [the Intelligence Community] have hundreds of similar UFO images + still-classified sensor files. It’s time for full declassification and open scientific analysis.”
The grainy photo was claimed to have been taken by a commercial airline pilot in 2021, flying at 6,400 meters near Four Corners, where New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado meet, according to Elizondo.
However, the post was quickly debunked by internet users, who argued that the photo simply showed common irrigation circles found in desert climates.
Mick West, a renowned UFO debunker, pointed out that the shadow patterns on the hills contradict the claim that the object is casting its own shadow, according to a post on his blog.

This is not the first time Elizondo has been criticized for presenting UFO evidence that has later been debunked. Previously, the Pentagon rebutted his claims of alien life on Earth.
