Ishaan Sharma, 21, reportedly attacked passenger Keanu Evans without cause during a Frontier Airlines flight from Philadelphia to Miami.

The victim told WSVN that the aggressive passenger began mumbling things to him and even made death threats.

“He was laughing in a sort of sinister way, like ‘Ha ha ha ha ha.’ And he said things like: ‘You are a mortal and insignificant man. If you challenge me, it will result in your death,’” Evans told the station.

Sharma reportedly became irritated after the victim asked for assistance from the Frontier Airlines crew.

A video that went viral on social media shows the passenger on top of Evans, apparently holding him by the neck, but the situation turns unfavorable for Sharma, who receives a series of intense punches.

“Let him go! Stop, let him go!” others shouted in the background as Evans continued defending himself, punching the aggressive passenger’s face.

Sharma was seen leaving with a black eye.

“That makes me feel bad because I don’t want people to have a wrong impression of who I am,” said Evans, who regretted using violence to defend himself.

Sharma was detained upon arrival in Miami-Dade and charged with assault, according to the local sheriff’s office.
