Finally! 10 years after the release of GTA V, Rockstar Games has finally released the first trailer for the much-anticipated sequel: Grand Theft Auto VI, set to be released in 2025.

The trailer was scheduled to be released today (5), but it was leaked last night (4) on X, formerly known as Twitter. The account that leaked the video was suspended, and Rockstar acted swiftly and has already released the trailer on its official YouTube channel.
Currently, at the time of writing this article, the official video of the first trailer for GTA VI is trending on the platform and in less than 24 hours already has more than 85 million views, increasing more and more every minute. Check it out:
What to expect from GTA VI?
With the new images from the upcoming Rockstar game, it has been confirmed that GTA VI will return to Vice City, featuring the first female protagonist in the series in a storyline inspired by Bonnie and Clyde. In the trailer, there is a significant focus on Lucia, a woman involved in crimes with her boyfriend after being released from prison. Grand Theft Auto VI will be released in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
