A hockey goalkeeper and TikToker has gained popularity among internet users for wearing a microphone during games and sharing his hilarious thoughts while defending the goal.
Everyone knows that being a goalkeeper can be a solitary activity, and Nick Weston, an amateur hockey player from Vancouver, Canada, has entertained the web with his conversations with his inner self during the games he plays as the goalkeeper.
People can’t get enough of watching Weston’s posts, known on social media as Nick the Goalie. His “monologues” during the games have even won the hearts of those who aren’t big hockey fans.

And it’s impossible not to laugh, in Weston’s clips, we hear his shouts, celebrations, and the noises he makes as if everything were a cartoon.
“This is how I imagine a golden retriever’s internal monologue. He’s SO excited, I love this,” joked a Reddit user.
In addition to sharing content about his favorite sport, Weston has used his social media fame to raise money for the Canucks Autism Network, a Canadian organization that helps individuals on the autism spectrum of all ages.
