An unprecedented fight between humanoid robots will take place next Sunday (25th) in a boxing ring in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province, China.
The “fighters,” developed by the Chinese startup Unitree Robotics, will compete as part of an event that will include other robot competitions.

Demonstrations of the humanoid robots’ skills don’t stop there. In August this year, Beijing will host the first edition of the Humanoid Robot World Games, a true robotics olympiad.
A week earlier, the 2025 World Robot Conference will also take place in Beijing. More than 200 participating companies are expected, including nearly 50 humanoid robot manufacturers. During the program, 100 new products are expected to be presented.
