“I’ve always loved people, but 12 years ago I got a proposal to work in a communication agency and it changed my life.
After becoming a director and spending a certain period in the position, I decided to leave to start my own business and open my own agency, with clients such as Samsung, LG, and Sony.
In 2016, I started a series of events focused on personal development for clients here in Brazil.
I was amazed at the transformation of people at those events and decided to take my company to this personal development niche.
This was another moment that changed everything in my life, making me travel the world in search of more knowledge,” says Pyero Tavolazzi.
After reaching the mark of over 138,000 followers on his Instagram, Pyero Tavolazzi has become an inspiration for many who seek to change their lives thanks to digital strategies and businesses, just as it was the case of the multi-businessman.
Focused on being part of this change in people, he explains that he understood that his followers may need just one opportunity to start this transformation and he wants to awaken this feeling through his knowledge. “I’ve had a complicated journey so far. I remember living at a friend’s house as a favor when I arrived in São Paulo. I did everything, from barman to newspaper delivery in the early morning. Until one day, an agency owner invited me to join her company. I was always the first to arrive and the last to leave, I started as an intern and in less than 1 year I took over the position of production director.
After four years at the company, I realized it was the right time to fulfill my dream of giving my parents a life they never had. I started my entrepreneurial journey and the first 6 months were tough, without any clients and with many doubts about it.
When the first client arrived, I never stopped. I managed to bring my parents to São Paulo and give them an extraordinary life. That’s why I always say that my mission is to awaken in anyone in the world the prosperity and their unshakeable faith,” he explains.
Currently as the president of the holding DTS Group, Pyero Tavolazzi understands that entrepreneurship was the best choice he made in his entire life. After impacting more than 1 million people at live events, he recalls the beginning of his journey in the city of São Paulo and how the moments of reflection were important for the progress of his career. If today his company has more than 250,000 people at its online events, Pyero understands it to be thanks to moments lived in the past.
“I always like to remember my life story to value the effort I made to get where I am. During the first three years in São Paulo, I had to have lunch at the Bom Prato, always with beggars and wanderers of life. This is a fact, I tell in all my lectures. I had 1 real for lunch, so I arrived at 10 am for the queue and at 11 am I was having lunch.
Until one day I couldn’t eat and started crying, because I was almost giving up and throwing everything to the wind. I remember as if it were today: I dropped the plate, walked two blocks, entered a small place and for the first time I kneeled, raised my hands and opened my heart to Jesus asking for help. Right after that, I felt a supernatural force that had turned something on inside me.
I had never felt that, it was a sensation of courage, audacity, confidence, and above all, unshakeable faith. Prepared to conquer the world,” Pyero reports.
