The villainous character Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village continues to captivate fans of the franchise. However, despite serving as an inspiration for impressive cosplays, the identity of the person behind the character’s face had remained unknown.

That is until now, as Polish actress and model Helena Mankowska has confirmed that she was the chosen one to lend her features to the vampire character in the game.
“I am so thrilled to finally be able to share this with you all. My face was digitally captured some time ago to portray one of the characters in Resident Evil Village. I am incredibly excited to be part of this amazing community, a family that has welcomed me with such kind words. I promise to do my best to continue this journey with all of you,” Helena shared in a post on her Instagram account. The accompanying black and white photo shows the unmistakable silhouette of the character.
On her social media account, Helena also posted a series of photos of herself dressed in character.
