Every day, NASA features a different image from the universe in the ‘astronomical photo of the day.’ This Wednesday (16), it was no different, and the US agency released an image of two galaxies merging.

In the image, you can see a kind of ‘cosmic arm,’ which are actually two galaxies known as NGC 7285 and NGC 7284, merging.
These galaxies are about 200 million light-years away from Earth and can be located in the direction of the Aquarius constellation.
