The Eagle Nebula, also known as M16, includes the ‘Pillars of Creation’, which are part of a star-forming region, with young and newly formed stars in their columns of dust.

The photo is a composition generated from different records of space telescopes. Chandra and XMM collected X-ray data, Webb and Spitzer observed infrared light, while Hubble and VLT recorded visible light.
