In a post meant to celebrate the return of American pilots after operations in Iran, Donald Trump went viral — for misspelling his own name.

The former U.S. president posted on Truth Social, his own social media platform, to celebrate that the pilots involved in the bombing of nuclear facilities in Iran had returned safely to the U.S.

“The great B-2 pilots just landed safely in Missouri. Thanks for the great job! Donakd J. Trump, President of the United States,” the post read.
Internet users, however, weren’t focused on the content of the message but rather the fact that he spelled his name wrong — replacing the “L” in Donald with a “K.”
“I’m starting to worry that the guy who doesn’t even check the spelling of his own name might not be doing the most thorough research before deciding to take us into a war,” one user on X (formerly Twitter) commented.
“Most kids can spell their own name by age 5, Donakd!”, joked another. “If Joe Biden had spelled his own name wrong in a tweet, Fox would be calling for his removal and broadcasting it nonstop 24/7,” another pointed out.
