Advanced Training for Polish Pilots

The fighter jets will be prepared to begin the training program for Polish pilots, who are expected to complete their first flights with these aircraft in January 2025. The program aims to train 24 pilots and 92 technicians of the Polish Air Force at Ebbing Base by 2027.

In addition to operational skills, Polish pilots will also receive instructor certifications, enabling them to train other pilots in Poland. To facilitate this, an integrated training center equipped with eight full-scale simulators will be established in Poland, where the next phase of the training will take place.

Program Expansion

A total of eight F-35A fighter jets of the Polish Air Force will be stationed at Ebbing Base as part of the overall training program. The cooperation between Poland and the United States reflects continuous efforts to enhance Poland’s defense capabilities amid an increasingly challenging geopolitical situation in Europe.

Strategic Reinforcement

The acquisition of the F-35A fighter jets is part of Poland’s strategic plan to modernize its armed forces, aiming to improve its response and defense capabilities. This move aligns the Polish Air Force with other nations already operating advanced fifth-generation fighter jets, strengthening Poland’s position on the global security stage.

With the first flights scheduled for January 2025 and the implementation of advanced training infrastructure underway, Poland is taking a significant step toward integrating one of the most modern aerial combat platforms in the world into its armed forces.
