The clip was shared on Corbell’s X profile, and he claims the footage was recorded on November 23, 2020, by a platform under the command of the U.S. Air Force in a region between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
The UFO appeared to have a perfectly spherical shape. Corbell referred to the object as a UAP, which stands for Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon.
“This is the first time in history that a military video of a disc-shaped UAP, designated as such by military authorities themselves, has been captured and released to the public,” he told DailyMail.com.
According to Corbell, U.S. authorities confirmed that the UFO showed “abrupt movements” and “intelligent control,” suddenly changing direction.
The size of the sphere is estimated to be between 200 and 400 meters in diameter. The filmmaker claims the object showed no heat signatures, further fueling speculation.
George Knapp, investigative journalist and host of the Weaponized podcast alongside Corbell, stated that the UFO footage is legitimate.
“We know it’s real,” Knapp said. “It wasn’t supposed to be released to the public. But it should have been,” he emphasized.
