The fighters claim that the drones enable remote control of both the platform and the weaponry, ensuring the safety of operators who can manage the system from protected locations.
“If you’re skilled with a joystick but prefer not to handle weapons directly, you can operate remotely and hit targets with precision,” said members of the Legion.

Specifications and Features of the TerMIT

The TerMIT was designed by members of the Brave1 cluster and is built on a tracked chassis. The platform has a load capacity of up to 300 kg, a range of 20 km, and can reach speeds of up to 10 km/h.
Depending on the configuration, the drone can be adapted for various functions, such as logistics, evacuation, demining, and attacks. One of the most innovative modifications is the integration of the Storm grenade launcher, which allows the Mk-19 to be fired remotely, ensuring maximum safety for the operator.

In this configuration, the built-in stabilization system ensures accurate shots even while in motion, hitting targets up to 1800 meters away. Additionally, the automated turret offers greater precision than a human operator. “The automatic targeting system is extremely efficient, quickly switching between multiple targets and delivering precise damage within a radius of 20–30 meters,” explained the TerMIT operators.

Technological Advancements on the Battlefield

Developers and users highlight the transformative potential of the TerMIT on the battlefield. Its versatility and ability to operate safely make it an indispensable tool in the challenging conditions of conflict.
The use of armed ground drones reflects the growing role of technology in modern warfare, enabling fighters to execute critical operations with greater precision and lower risk.
