A new BAS-80 kamikaze drone has been delivered to the Russian Army for testing in a zone dedicated to military operations in Ukraine

▪️ The drone is constructed using composite materials such as carbon fiber and fiberglass, and features foldable wings.
▪️ Weighing 1.7 kg, it can be packed into a tube for easy transport and is launched using a gunpowder charge.
▪️ The drone has a payload capacity of 500 grams, which can potentially be increased to 2 kg to destroy heavy armored vehicles.
▪️ With a maximum flight speed of up to 130 km/h and a flight altitude of up to 200 meters, the BAS-80 can cover over 30 km in range.
