A video published by the Russian Ministry of Defense shows the Russian Su-25SM attack aircraft eliminating equipment and personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the direction of Krasny Liman, during the Russian invasion of Ukraine

According to the Russian ministry: the planes carried out the missions in pairs, flying at a speed of 900 km/h and at a height of 25 meters. As they approached the front line, the pilots directed the aircraft upwards, firing a series of 80 mm hollow-charge rockets at the target areas.

The command was pleased with the results of the work of the Su-25SM pilots.

The Sukhoi Su-25SM is a ground attack aircraft manufactured by the Russian company Sukhoi. Originally developed in the 1970s, the Su-25SM is an upgraded version of the Su-25, with improvements in its avionics, weapons systems and aircraft maintenance.

The Su-25SM is equipped with a variety of weapons, including air-to-surface missiles, bombs, and an onboard cannon. The aircraft has also been updated with modern aiming and navigation systems, allowing for greater precision in attacking ground targets.
