During an appearance on comedian Theo Von‘s podcast, the YouTuber opened up about his health after the extreme challenge, which he decided to do to “see what would happen to his body.”

The negative effects seem to have been confirmed by MrBeast, who revealed: “I did 14 days, just water, and lost about 10 kilos. After the fifth or sixth day, you get really drained, no energy.”

“I did a DEXA scan before my prolonged fast, where they measure fat and muscle, and I lost about 3 kilos of muscle, which was pretty depressing. Then, I lost 5.9 kilos of fat,” the influencer shared.

Still, he admitted it was “intense to not eat, I was still filming and training all the time, it really bothered me.”

“Standing was brutal and walking around, because you have no energy. I never had that superhuman clarity, I was just tired all the time, too tired to be clear,” he lamented.
